Parkview Homes believes amenity-rich, recreation and open space communities will offer faster appreciation in new home values. With that in mind, many of our communities feature private homeowners associations, open space with lakes and natural creeks, private club houses, pools, tennis courts, and tot-lots for each and every family member to enjoy.
Will you build on my lot? Yes, we will consider building one of the homes in our current product line on your lot. For specific information regarding building on your homesite we ask that you contact a sales agent in either the Cleveland, Ohio or Tampa, Florida office.
What the heck is an E-Concierge? Our E-Concierge Team is a group of friendly, talented people who are available to help you with just about anything you can think of in terms of your home buying experience. We want to make sure you have enough information to make your decision as easy as possible. Not sure which neighborhood is right for you? Want to know how far your daily commute will be? Looking for the closest restaurant, dry cleaner or medical facility? Coming from out of town and need to find a nearby hotel? Our E-Concierge Team can help with all this and more! We’re at your service!

How does Parkview Homes differentiate themselves from their competitors? With offices in both Strongsville, Ohio and Tampa, Florida we have a custom "Dream Center" that is tailor made for a convenient and easy selections process, and a full time warranty department to service your claims well after move in. We allow our customers to personalize our homes to their needs. We are family owned and operated and have a friendly, knowledgeable and devoted team of professionals to serve you. And, the Puzzitiello family lives in, works in and supports both the Strongsville and Tampa communities.
How does your warranty department work? Parkview Homes offers our customers (2) two opportunities to request warranty work, once at the end of 90 days and once at the 11th month. At both appointments Parkview Homes is pleased to serve you and remedy any of your warranty claims.
What is the warranty period on our new home? Parkview Homes gives the buyer a (1) one year Limited Home Builders Association Warranty. It is a structural warranty which is the most important for homeowners. We also pass on all product warranties that our manufacturers offer.
How long does it take to construct our new home? Typically, it takes 6-8 weeks after contract signing to obtain a building permit. During this time our homeowners attend planning and selection meetings, and make appliance and light fixture selections. Once the permit is received, we can construct and deliver your new home in approximately 5-6 months. During months of inclement weather, it may take slightly longer to construct your home.
Where do we make our interior and exterior selections? Parkview Homes has custom "Dream Centers" located in both Strongsville, Ohio and Tampa, Florida. These state of the art design centers are well thought out and offer cozy, relaxed environments for our customers to make our house their home - and all under one roof!
Are we allowed to finance options we are not sure we want at the time of contract signing? Yes, many homeowners build in allowances at contract time to be used at the planning meeting or selections meeting. Any monies not used will be credited back prior to closing.
Am I welcome to visit my house as it is being built? Yes, but we ask that you schedule your visit through your Design Consultant - and only during specified hours. By following these guidelines, you will insure safety from construction work and not impede construction progress.
