Our Realtor/Co-Broke Policy:

Registration of your client on their first visit will entitle you to a commission, provided your client contracts with Parkview Homes within 60 days of the registration. (In order for you to receive a commission, you must accompany your client to their first visit and register them.) Commission will be paid on the base price. No commission will be paid on cancellations or forfeitures.

Fast Cash Program - All eligible co-broke commissions will be paid in full upon receipt of: signed purchase agreement, 10% down payment, and written loan commitment.

Parkview Homes reserves the right to deny a commission if a prospect has previously registered on their own with Parkview Homes, or if anyone within the Parkview Homes organization has previously discussed the purchase of a new Parkview home prior to your visit with this buyer.
