Ryan, Roger, Richard Sr., Richard Jr. & Ross

Parkview Custom Homes and the Puzzitiello family have a long history of building homes in the Cleveland area, with more than 7,500 units to their credit.

The family started building homes during the great depression over 90 years ago and the tradition has been passed down  through the years to Richard Sr., a second generation builder who formed Parkview Homes in 1969.

Since then, the company became a recognized leader in the industry due to the market leading and insightful home designs built in master planned communities.

Almost two decades ago, as the third generation started working alongside their father, industry views of the company had not changed. The family tradition continued as Richard’s five children carried on the Parkview Homes’ legacy, holding various positions within the company in both markets. His oldest son, Richard, Jr., is presently serving as CEO.

He joined the company in 1983 after gaining valuable experience at one of the “Big 8” accounting firms. Richard’s second son, Ross, served as President of the Florida Division before moving up to become COO. Roger, President of the Ohio Division, holds a Florida contracting license and brings extensive construction knowledge and field experience to the company. Ryan, the youngest, joined the company in 1996. He is a real estate Broker and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Ohio Division.
